You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased products to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance GPLv2 license
Update and Support
We upgrade and support our products for 12 months. Because of our products are increasing and our price is very low. So for making sure our support and existence we are going to support and upgrade all products for 12 months. That’s final.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of AAEXTENSIONS.COM
Before you make a purchase at our site of any product, you must acknowledge that we do not issue refunds for our non-tangible, irrevocable good. We do not issue any refunds, only purchase if you agree.
Installation can be made by our installation service or by you. You may contact us to use our installation service via our contact form.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
We provide 12 months PREMIUM support for all of our products. This PREMIUM support is only allowed for one DOMAIN. You are PREMIUM to use our products on maximum 2 domains with one license, but we provide support for one domain only. If you want to use more than 2 domains or if you need support more than one domain, then you need to purchase the license again. On expiration of your 12 months FREE support, if you need further support, you need to purchase license again.
Ok again, we usually don’t provide refunds rather we offer another good for wrong purchase! On the order page even, we have a non-refundable notice. So, when you have bought it, and have any kind of issues, you need to contact our live chat or Email us firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com . If we fail to provide the support, then there is an exception. We hate impatient users, so do you. So, if you co-operate with the system, then we are always there to help and support the product. So, if you are asking for a refund, without listening to our support team , then we will not refund you. We are there to help you make it work!
WE DON’T SUPPORT IE7 AND IE8 . IF YOU NEED SUPPORT FOR THEM, ITS CHARGED EXTRA. THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR EXTENSIONS & PLUGINS WE DO.
Please ask support with your purchased email otherwise it is hard for us to count you as our client.
