Refund Policy

We’re confident in the quality of our extensions! If you encounter any discrepancies between the product description or demo and your actual experience, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund.

It should be done in 15 days after purchase, otherwise refund request will not be accepted

We do not issue refunds if the issues are:

  1. If you found your web server doesn’t meet the requirement of Joomla or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
  2. You changed your mind about the purchase.
  3. You choose not to use the product anymore.
  4. You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our extensions)
  5. Your existing scripts conflicts with other 3rd party software(others theme, plugins, add-ons, scripts, modules, components and etc) connected or installed on your website.
  6. You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  7. You do not contact support team for help.
  8. You are unable to show proof or screenshot of broken part or missing.
  9.  If you don’t activate google billing to use our google products or don’t follow our guidelines to use it. As we have nice tutorial. Remember, right now Google makes a rule to use their api you need to have an active billing account.
  10. If you don’t follow or maintain extension need.
  11. In a word, if issue is on your end not our end.

We issue refunds if the following criteria apply:

  1. Request for refunds after read above rules
  2. If our products do not work with Joomla after you come with support and support failed.
  3. If there is an coding issue with product and we can’t fix it.
  4. If our support fail fix it. I mean totally faulty product.

Bundle purchase

I will not accept refund request for Bundle purchase for any items when your purchased add-ons bundle we assume you already experienced with it.

Updates to the refund policy

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of my Terms of Service and its acceptance is mandatory for all users. reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
